We've had to travel quite a lot over the last two years, and each time we relied on Fetch to care for our cat Chester. The daily photos and journals helped ease any concerns we had about needing to go away and leave Chester. We've used the service at least a dozen times; it's always been professional, reliable, and clearly the people who work with Fetch like pets. Suzie is the best! I have used her services several times this year to watch my dog Jasper. I feel safe leaving him in her care, she provides daily updates through the app which gives me peace of mind when I’m away. She even logs their walks, feedings and bathroom trips. Every time I pick him up from her care he is in a great mood, I can tell how well he was spoiled during his time with her. We were looking to find a pet sitter close to home, and we did it!  Our dog Rylee is 14, we did a daycare trial, then an overnight trial. We were happy  with these 2 visits, so we did a 5-night stay.   It's such a great feeling when you can leave your senior dog with confidence, knowing that she'll be taken care of.

We recently had the pleasure of having Fetch take care of our pet Sahara to be apart of our wedding ceremony and care for her the day of our wedding.

From the moment we first contacted Suzie I knew our dog was in good hands. She was professional, responsive, and showed genuine enthusiasm for taking care of Sahara. Suzie and her team took the time to get to know our dog's routine, preferences, and any special needs, which immediately put us at ease.

During her care the team provided regular updates, including photos and videos, which were a wonderful reassurance that Sahara was happy and well-cared for. It was clear from the updates that our dog was enjoying her time, getting plenty of exercise, play, and affection.

The house was just as we left it, and it was evident that they treated our home with respect.

We are incredibly grateful to Suzie and her team for providing such outstanding service. Knowing that Sahara was in such capable and loving hands allowed us to fully enjoy our special day without any worries. This was my first time using Suzie to watch my two dogs Charlie and Coco while I was out of town.  She was so great to work with and made sure I was kept up to date the entire time with daily photos and journals about how they were doing. Suzie is amazing, and she takes great care of Benji! Benji stayed with her for two weeks while we were on vacation, and then we returned to a house remodel, so he has been with Suzie for daycare (5 days a week) for the last month. Very reliable and excellent communication. I highly recommend Suzie and her team for your pet care needs. Our cat is always taken care of and happy when we return. Suzie sends great pictures during her visits and even brings in mail/packages and keeps us posted on our home when away. Her app is user friendly when making reservations and receiving updates.
